During
peak season, Rentals are available on a weekly
basis only. Special off season rates available. |

2.

Reservations
for an Executive Rental requires a security
deposit of $200. 2 and 3 Bedroom Rentals require
a security deposit of $100. The deposit will
be refunded within 14 days after departure
if the RENTAL is left CLEAN and UNDAMAGED. |

To confirm a reservation, all the rental fee
is due 60 days prior to arrival. Reservations
will be cancelled thereafter without proper
deposit requirements. |

4.
|
Cancellations
require a 60 day notice prior to arrival.
Less than 60 days prior will result in forfeiture
of security deposit and all other funds. If
cancelled more than 60 days prior; will result
in a $25 administration fee. |

5.
|
We
will guarantee one of two specific Vacation
Rentals only if:
A) The unit is available at the time the reservation
is made and,
B) The reservation is paid in full at the
time the reservation is made. |

6.
|
Monthly
Reservation Cancellation policies:
A) More than 60 days in advance will incur
a $100 administrative fee.
B) Cancellations made less than 60 days in
advance will result in the forfeiture of all
monies paid including the security deposit.
If the unit is re-rented then you would be
refunded the rental fee minus a $100 administrative
fee. |

NO
REFUNDS for early departure, inclement weather,
or changing to a lesser priced rental. |

NO
PETS ALLOWED in rental units. |

9.
|
No
Singles without Parent OR Legal Guardian. |
|
10.
|
CHECK-IN
after 4:00 PM. CHECK-OUT before 11:00 AM.
(Extra charge for late check-out). |

11.
|
All
rentals are non-smoking. |
