Resort, Myrtle Beach's premier Oceanfront Camping Resort. Before making your reservation,
we ask that you carefully read and agree to our rules and regulations regarding
all campsites, vacation rentals and pet policies. If you have additional questions

1. Keep in mind
that reservations are suggested to secure campsites.
2. Full payment is required
upon making reservation if dates are within 14 days of arrival or include a holiday,
the reservation is 3 nights or less, or the site number is being guaranteed (see
#3 and 4 below). Otherwise, the deposit to confirm a reservation is one-half the

4. We will guarantee one of two specific
site numbers if:
A. The requested site is available and the reservation is
7 nights or more,
B. The reservation is paid in full at the time of booking,
C. You must specify when making the reservation that you would like to
guarantee a site number. A reservation for 7 nights that has been paid does NOT
automatically guarantee a site number; it must be mentioned during the initial
5. Cancellations or changes made at least 14 days prior
to scheduled arrival date will incur an administrative fee of $25. Cancellations
or changes made less than 14 days prior will incur a $25 plus one night fee.

7. NO REFUNDS FOR EARLY
DEPARTURE, INCLEMENT WEATHER, OR CHANGING TO A LESSER-PRICED SITE AFTER ARRIVAL.
Rates are based on a family of (4) four. Extra persons - Day Visitors $3 per person
per day. Overnight Visitors $3 per person per night. Maxium of 8 persons allowed

10. Second vehicle $5 per day.

day to have a tent on site with your camper.
12. All sites have full hook-ups
and basic cable. Cable cords are available for purchase in the campground store.

Please Review the Following: During peak season, rentals are available on a weekly
basis only. Special off-season rates are available.
2. Guests must provide
linens, blankets, pillows, towels, grill, lawn furniture, cleaning supplies, etc.
PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED IN VACATION RENTALS. NO EXCEPTIONS.
4. No singles without
a parent or legal guardian.
5. Reservations for a Rental require a $100 security
deposit per week (Executive Rentals - $200 & Captain's Quarters - $300) payable
within 14 days of the date reservation was made, plus payment in full 30 days
prior to arrival. The deposit will be refunded within 14 days of departure if
the rental is left clean and undamaged
6. We will guarantee one of two specific
Vacation Rentals only if:
A) The unit is available at the time the reservation
is made and,
B) The reservation is paid in full at the time the reservation
7. Cancellations with at least a 30-day notice prior to arrival will
result in all rental monies, less a $25 administrative fee, being returned. Cancellations
less than 30 days prior to arrival will result in the forfeiture of the security
deposit and all monies paid.
8. NO REFUNDS FOR EARLY DEPARTURE, INCLEMENT WEATHER,
OR CHANGING TO A LESSER PRICED UNIT.
9. Changing arrival date - Changing dates
only (not rate or length of stay) incurs a $50.00 charge.
10. Monthly Reservation
A) More than 30 days in advance will incur a $100 administrative

Rental rates are based on a family of (5)five in the 2 Bedroom or (6) six in the
3 Bedroom and Executive units with one vehicle. $5.00 fee per day for a second

14. ALL RENTALS ARE NON SMOKING.
RESORT YEAS & NAYS
All guests must register at the main office before setting up on a campsite, checking
into a vacation rental or before moving from one site to another
2. PETS are
welcome if they are kept quiet and not an aggressive breed. There are certain
breeds of dog (Rottweilers, Pit Bulls, and mixes, etc
) which will not be
allowed in the park. If a dog of any breed is unfriendly or exhibits aggressive
behavior toward strangers, they should be left at home. If a person brings a pet
with them that shows this type of behavior toward guests in the park or employees
of the park, the manager may ask him/her to leave the park with NO REFUND for
their stay. SORRY, NO PETS IN VACATION RENTALS.
3. Telephone messages and mail
for registered guests may be picked up at the mail station in the front office.
FOR THE SAFETY OF OUR GUESTS, BICYCLES AND ELECTRIC SCOOTERS ARE NOT TO BE OPERATED
WITHOUT LIGHTS. Scooters must be battery operated and have a handle bar height

the office or front gate as you leave.
6. For the safety and comfort of all
our guests, MOTORCYCLES, MOTORBIKES, GAS SCOOTERS AND GO-CARTS are not permitted
to be operated on the Premises.
7. PARKING ON CAMPSITE IS LIMITED TO ONE CAMPING
UNIT AND ONE VEHICLE. Additional vehicles are $5.00 per day. Overflow parking
is $5.00 per day when available.
8. No washing of camping units or vehicles
9. NO fireworks or firearms of any kind allowed on campground.
NO SWIMMING IN LAKES. ONLY PIRATELAND BOATS PERMITTED.
11. Parents are responsible
for the actions and safety of their children and visitors.
12. No public display
of alcoholic beverages.
13. CAMPFIRES PROHIBITED.
14. PLEASE OBSERVE OUR
QUIET HOURS AFTER 11:00 PM. Driving around the campground during quiet hours is
not permitted except in case of emergency.

17. NO PERSONAL GOLF CARTS
PERMITTED. Rental carts are available. ALL DRIVERS ARE REQUIRED TO HAVE A VALID
DRIVERS LICENSE and must be at least 16 years old. A restricted/provisional license
is not permitted.
18. Management is not responsible for accidents or injuries
to guests or visitors; or loss of money, jewelry or valuables, or damage to personal
property of any kind.
19. This is a privately owned camping resort.

21. Day visitors of our registered
guests must register with the office, obtain a visitors pass and pay a fee of
$3.00 per person. Overnight visitors must also pre-register with the office and
will be charged $3.00 per person and $5.00 per vehicle, per night.

23. One camping unit per site is
permitted. There will be a $10.00 charge per day to have a tent of any size on
site with your camper.
PirateLand prohibits Rottweilers, Pitt Bulls, and their
mixes in the park, due to their history of behavior. If a dog of any other breed
is unfriendly or exhibits aggressive behavior toward strangers, they should be
left at home. If a person brings a pet into the park that shows this type of behavior
toward guests or park employees, the manager will ask that the pet be boarded.
If the pet owner chooses not to board the pet, they will be asked to leave
the park with NO REFUND for their stay. Pets at all times must be; cleaned up
after, on a leash no more than 6 feet long, and within sight and under the control
of their owner. Pets are not permitted to be tied up outside and left unattended.
ANY VIOLATORS OF ANY POLICY SET FORTH BY THE CAMPGROUND MAY BE ASKED
TO LEAVE WITH NO REFUND! PLEASE KEEP IN MIND CAMPING IS AN OUTDOOR EXPERIENCE.
ONLY REGISTERED GUESTS WILL BE ALLOWED ENTRANCE AFTER MIDNIGHT. QUIET HOURS ARE
ENFORCED AFTER 11PM. RATES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT NOTICE.
TO THE PARK IS NOT ALLOWED UNTIL OFFICIAL CHECK-IN.
