in mind that reservations are suggested to secure campsites. |

deposit to confirm a reservation is one-half the total
fee, EXCEPT FOR HOLIDAYS
AND SPECIAL
EVENTS. PAYMENT IS DUE PAID IN FULL AT
TIME OF RESERVATION
BOOKING. |
| 3. | Reservations
made less than 14 days from arrival date must be paid in full at the time of reservation. |
| 4. | We
will guarantee (based on availability) specific sites only IF:
A) The requested
site is available and the reservation is for 14 or more days and
B) Full payment
is received at time the reservation is booked. |
| 5. | Canceling
or Shortening a Guaranteed Stay:
A) More than 30 days in advance will result
in $10 plus 1 nights fee.
B) Less than 30 days in advance will result in
the
forfeiture of one half the difference of your stay. |
| 6. | CHECK-IN
AFTER 2:00 PM; CHECK-OUT
BEFORE 11:00 AM. |
| 7. | Cancellations
or changes made at least 7 days prior to
scheduled arrival date will incur
an administrative fee
of $10. Cancellations or changes made less than 7 days
prior will incur a $10 fee plus one nights site charge.

REFUNDS FOR EARLY DEPARTURE,
INCLEMENT WEATHER, OR CHANGING TO A LESSER-PRICED
SITE AFTER ARRIVAL. |
| 9. | Rates
are based on a family of (4) four.
Extra persons - Day Visitors $2 per person
per day.
Overnight Visitors $3 per person per night. |
| 10. | One
piece of camping equipment and one vehicle per site. |
| 11. | Second
vehicle $2 per day. |
| 12. | $10
charge per day to have a tent on site with your camper. |
| 13. | All
sites have full hook-up’s and basic cable. Cable cords are available for
purchase in the campground store. |
| 14. | No
singles without a parent or legal guardian. |
| 15. | A
3 night minimum is required during the peak season. May 26 - September 3rd. |
| 1. | Please

During peak season, rentals are available on a weekly
basis only. Special off-season rates are available. |
| 2. | Guests
must provide linens, blankets, pillows, towels, grill, lawn furniture, cleaning
supplies, etc. |
| 3. | PETS
ARE NOT ALLOWED. NO EXCEPTIONS. |

4. | No
singles without a parent or legal guardian. |
| 5. | Reservations
for a Rental require a $100 security deposit per week (Executive- $200) payable
within 14 days of the date reservation was made, plus payment in full 60 days
prior to arrival. The deposit will be refunded within 14 days of departure if
the rental is left clean and undamaged. |

Cancellations with at least a 60-day notice prior to arrival will result in all
rental monies, less a $25 administrative fee, being returned. Cancellations less
than 60 days prior to arrival will result in the forfeiture of the security deposit
and all monies paid. |

REFUNDS FOR EARLY DEPARTURE, INCLEMENT WEATHER, OR CHANGING TO A
LESSER PRICED
UNIT. |
| 8. | Changing
arrival date - Changing dates only (not rate or length of stay) incurs a $50.00
charge. |
| 9. | We
will guarantee one of two specific Vacation Rentals only if:
A) The unit is
available at the time the reservation is made and,
B) The reservation is paid
in full at the time the reservation is made. |
| 10. | Monthly
Reservation Cancellation policies:
A) More than 60 days in advance will incur
a $100 administrative fee.
B) Cancellations made less than 60 days in advance
will result in the forfeiture of all monies paid including the security deposit.
If the unit is re-rented then you would be refunded the rental fee minus a $100
administrative fee. |
| 11. | Vacation
Rental rates are based on a family of (5)five in the 2 Bedroom or (6) six in the
3 Bedroom and Executive units with one vehicle. $2 fee per day for a second vehicle.

equipment is not allowed on your vacation rental site. |
