Membership/Affiliation Discount - 10% OFF nightly rates
For members of AAA, AARP, GOOD SAMS, Military, and Veterans. Applicable to ALL SITE AREAS AND VACATION RENTALS from September 4, 2023 to May 23, 2024 and September 2, 2024 to May 22, 2025.*
*Only applicable to new reservations and cannot be combined with other offers/specials. Membership must be mentioned when making reservation and proof of membership is required upon check-in. To book online use MEM1023, and type your member number in the "Special Requests" field.
FALL AND WINTER WEEKLY RATE

Applicable to arrivals from September 4, 2023 to March 20, 2024 and October 1, 2024 to March 31, 2025. Value of free night is set at “base” rate. This special will automatically apply to online reservations for applicable dates (only one discount can be applied).
MONTHLY RATE (staying 30 nights or more) - Available from October 1, 2024 through February 28, 2025 for select campsite areas. Discount and Rates vary by date and area. Discounts amount to 30% off regular nightly rate. Please contact us with your desired dates for a price quote.
Senior Snowbird Special 90+ Nights (must be 55+ years old) - $26 per night*
*Applicable to a 90+ Night stay between November 1, 2024 to February 28, 2025. Rate is for select campsite areas and includes up to two people and one vehicle. Presentation of Driver’s License is required for all check ins. This special can only be booked for reservations made over the phone.
Guests staying for 90+ consecutive nights are exempt from sales & accommodations tax.
Please note: we do not allow guests to camp monthly or extended stays in tents. Campsites are intended for recreational vacation purposes, NOT residential.
