Our Trailer Sales division offers a selection of previously owned park model homes and campers on leased lots. Annual Lease sites are a great option for someone that stays frequently. Annual Lease rates vary by lot location and start around $7,868 per year. Contact us to check current lease rates or request an application packet - sales@pirateland.com. The sales office is open for viewing units 9am to 3pm Thursday through Monday. Tues & Wed by appointment only.

Please note: An Annual Lease Application must be filled out before viewing any units for sale. Proof of funds to purchase and annual income verification are required.
