A yearly leased site may be exactly what you need! Our Trailer Sales division offers a selection of previously owned park model homes and campers on leased lots. The annual lease includes access to the amenities at PirateLand and the beach. Annual Lease sites are a great option for someone that stays frequently. Annual Lease rates vary by lot location and start around $7,300 per year. Contact us to check current lease rates.

Site locations include:

Lakeside and Interior sites throughout the park; just a short walk to the beach! Magic Harbor (green section on the park map) with all park model units, and the mobile home section where you may pay monthly (blue section on the map)! Click for Park Map

Park access for two vehicles comes with an annual site. You would also have the option to buy up to four more decals for family member’s vehicles. Another perk for annual lease sites is the option to use your own personal golf cart. Check with the annual site department for golf cart registration policies.

Annual Site household trash pick-up is Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. Basic water and sewer usage is also included. Anyone wishing to look at units for sale on lease sites must fill out an application. Units are sold “AS IS”. We are an equal housing opportunity provider.
